Satyanarayan Puja is a devotional ritual dedicated to Lord Vishnu in his form as Satyanarayan — the Lord of Truth. The ceremony includes the recitation of the Satyanarayan Vrat Katha (sacred story), offerings of panchamrit, fruits, and prasad (usually made from banana, milk, and wheat flour).

It is commonly done on full moon days (Purnima), after achieving a significant goal, on birthdays, anniversaries, or during any auspicious occasion.
